The aim behind the college programme is to help college age kids be the best athletes they can be and prep them for sport after college. Some will push on to senior club level and some drafted into professional organisations. So prepping these kids with the athletic ability to match the requirements needed for sport outside of college is key.

The program will consist of:

  • Functional Movement Screening

  • Performance Testing

  • Mobility & Stability Training

  • Strength & Power Training

  • Speed & Agility Training

  • Sport Specific Training
